Strength, core, and sets of high intensity interval training to test endurance and get your heart rate up. Weights encouraged, but not required.
KB Train
Kettlebells Required (1-2). This class combines Kettlebell conditioning work and Athletic Training principles to train KB skills, endurance, stability, jump/landing practice. AKA Kettlebell Conditioning
Barre
Athletic-style Barre class focused on mobility and strength (not quite your typical Barre class). We move through 5 series including plank, arms, legs, glutes, and core, combining ballet-inspired movements with functional athletic movement patterns to lengthen, strengthen, and find joy in movement.
KB Power
Kettlebells required (1-2). This class will explore functional and athletic training principles to build strength, stability, and power for your workouts. AKA Kettlebell Strength
